A modular pool is one of the easiest ways to make your dream swimming pool a reality. An Endless™ Pools modular pool system is entirely customizable, from size and depth to liner colors, finishing options, and more. But that’s only the beginning. To take this personalization even further, you can choose from many different add-ons to make your pool more comfortable, enjoyable, and tailored to your lifestyle.
In this guide, we explore the top custom modular pool add-ons to consider when designing your Endless Pool system. Read on to get inspired!
Automatic Modular Pool Cover
An automatic cover protects your modular pool at a fraction of the effort. Instead of pulling a heavy manual cover across the water by hand, all it takes is the turn of a key to open or secure your modular pool in seconds.
The cover mounts beneath the pool deck to keep the surrounding area clean and uncluttered, while creating a durable barrier that prevents unsupervised access. It also seals out dirt, leaves, and unwanted contaminants to keep your pool water clean and fresh.
With protection from the elements and convenient operation, an automatic cover lets you spend less time maintaining your modular pool and more time enjoying it.
Hydrotherapy Jets
Hydrotherapy jets transform your modular pool into a home spa and powerful recovery tool all in one. This add-on integrates 4 jets throughout the pool for massages that soothe sore muscles, relieve joint pressure, and help you unwind.
Immediately after a long swim or tough workout, you can move right into recovery without leaving the water. The jets are fully customizable, so the pressure can be adjusted to target your back, shoulders, legs, or anywhere else you need relief. With built-in massages and easy access to relaxation, hydrotherapy jets can make your modular pool more enjoyable, functional, and personalized to your needs.
Remote Pool Monitoring System
A remote monitoring system lets you effortlessly manage and adjust your modular pool from anywhere, using just a smartphone or tablet. Endless Pools systems can include an optional Gecko® In.Touch Wi-Fi kit, allowing you to connect your pool to the companion app for seamless care and control.
Using the app, you can:
- Adjust Temperature, Lighting, and Jets: Adjust the temperature of the water on your way home so it’s ready when you arrive, manage ambient lighting, and activate jets or swim currents in just a few taps.
- Set Custom Water Care Modes: Easily switch between different water care modes, including Away from Home, Beginner, Energy Saving, Super Energy Saving, and Weekender to optimize power usage and chemical treatments.
- Maintenance and Service Reminders: Caring for your modular pool is effortless, thanks to automated alerts for cleaning or rinsing filters, replacing water, and scheduling professional technician checkups.
- Real-Time Status Tracking: See when your pool is being used in real-time and what temperature it’s being heated to from anywhere with an internet connection.
By adding a smart monitoring system to your modular pool design, you can enjoy simple, effortless control over comfort, energy efficiency, and maintenance.
Aquatic Fitness Accessories
A modular pool isn’t just a place to relax at the end of a long day. With aquatic fitness add-ons like an Aquabike, swim mirror, or underwater treadmill, you can transform your Endless Pools system into a fully functional at-home gym.
Below are some of the top custom fitness add-ons for modular pools:
Aquabike
The Endless Pools Aquabike lets you enjoy low-impact cardio workouts right at home without ever needing to hit the road. The water’s buoyancy minimizes strain on muscles and joints while still allowing you to work up a powerful sweat. The legs, handlebars, and seats are also fully adjustable for comfort, as well as the pedals for customizable resistance.
Swim Mirror
A swim mirror gives you full visibility of your form while swimming. Made of highly polished stainless steel, it’s installed directly beneath you on the pool floor, allowing you to monitor your alignment, movements, and rotations in real time as you swim against the current. It’s essential for both beginners and pros alike who want to stay in good form and fine-tune their technique.
Underwater Treadmill
An underwater treadmill gives you the same cardiovascular benefits of an intense run or jog on land, just without the hard strain on muscles and joints. This low-impact exercise tool integrates directly into the floor of your pool, letting you walk, jog, or run against the current while being supported by buoyancy. This makes it a gentler, safer way to workout, strength train, or recover from an injury.
Stairs and Steps
Interior and exterior steps and stairs can make your modular pool more comfortable, safe, and accessible. Below are some of the add-ons you can choose for your Endless Pools system:
Interior Stairs and Steps
Interior steps add an extra layer of safety and convenience when entering or exiting the pool. There are two main interior stairs and steps options to choose from, including:
Corner Step
A corner step sits directly between the perimeter bench and the coping, adding extra security to every entry and exit. It features cushioned, high-grip strips for superior traction and comfort.
Interior Stairs
You can add 3-tread or 5-tread interior stairs to your modular pool for added stability. Each step has high-traction, cushioned strips to help avoid slips.
Exterior Stairs and Steps
You can also add stairs and steps to the exterior of your modular pool for even more convenience. For above-ground or partially in-ground installations, these non-slip steps eliminate the need to climb over the side to access your pool, reducing strain and minimizing the risk of injury.
There are four different exterior stair add-ons to choose from, including:
| Stair Type | Height | Weight Capacity | |
|---|---|---|---|
 | 2 Tread Stairs | 7.5” risers (15” total) | 300 lbs. |
 | 3 Tread Stairs | 24” (58” with handrails) | 400 lbs. |
 | 4 Tread Stairs | 32” (66” with handrails) | 500 lbs. |
 | Heavy-Duty 4-Tier Step | 7.5” risers (30” total, excluding handrails) | 700 lbs. |
With the right combination of interior and exterior stair add-ons, you can make your modular pool safer and easier to use each day.
