After reviewing the paperwork, I realized the color, he chose, was not what we had decided on. Ugggg. I contacted Pete and he was able to correct our issue and was extrememly accomidating to our circumstances. I would highly recommend Creative Energy Hot Springs Spas, the show room, and the selection is excellent and customer service superior.
