After contacting Taleena, the Creative Energy service director ,the service technician, Joe, arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. As we are new to spa ownership, Joe took the time to explain the basic operation of the spa and instructed me on how to operate the computer (jets, lights, clean cycle), manually adjust the jets, and treat the water with the appropriate chemicals. This hands on personal service was greatly appreciated.
