Fresh Water® 3 Corona Discharge Ozone System
This system continuously injects millions of tiny, highly concentrated ozone bubbles into the water, neutralizing contaminants on contact. The oxidation process occurs in a dedicated 10-foot contact chamber for improved mixing of ozone and minimized off-gassing. Unlike ozone systems that use a UV bulb that needs to be replaced on a regular basis, our system uses a Corona Discharge cell that requires virtually no maintenance. Unlike ozone systems which turn off when you're using the jets, the FreshWater III system is at work 24 hours a day. (Included in HotSpring; Optional for all Limelight & HotSpot models)
Ever Fresh® Water Care System
Enjoying fresh, clean spa water should be an everyday experience as a spa owner. The EverFresh® Water Care System makes it easy to keep your water clean and clear, while reducing the need for chlorine. This easy-to-use system combines the cleaning power of the FreshWater® III high-output ozone system with FreshWaterAg+® continuous silver ion purifier, and MPS non-chlorine oxidizer for lasting protection against contaminants and minimal need for chlorine.
Silver Ion Purifier
The FreshWater Ag+ continuous silver ion purifier helps to reduce the need for chlorine by introducing silver ions into the spa water that inhibit bacterial growth. Insert the cartridge into the filter of your Hot Spring spa, and the silver ions are released automatically - there's no chance of under- or overdosing. It's virtually maintenance-free - simply replace the cartridge every 3 months.
100% No Bypass Filtration System
100% No-Bypass filtration means that all the water passes through the hot tub filters before it enters the spa. With other spas, water can bypass the filter when the jets are on – the very time when you're in the spa and need clean water the most. Bypassing occurs when there's too much pump and not enough filter - forcing unfiltered water, complete with body oils and debris, directly back into the spa. Hot Spring spas filter all the water all the time.
Tri X® Filter Technology
Only available from Hot Spring, Highlife® Collection models filter 100% of the water 100% of the time, even when the jets are on. And with the longer lasting, more efficient Tri-X filters, you can enjoy cleaner water with less maintenance because these filters are dishwasher safe.
FreshWater Salt System
Available on all Highlife® and Limelight® Collection spas, this easy-to-use salt water system eliminates the worry of keeping spa water clean, clear and sanitized for a full year. With just a little salt in your spa water, the system generates chlorine automatically so you’ll spend less time measuring and adding chemicals. This unique system makes spa ownership easier than ever by removing the guesswork and hassle of water care maintenance.
No Fault® 4000w/230v Heater
The No-Fault® Heater-No Worries. Hot Spring leads the industry in advanced heater technology. The heater is typically the most vulnerable component of a hot tub, due to the combination of high heat, water and spa chemicals. Our unique No-Fault heater's elements and housing are made of titanium for unmatched corrosion resistence. Unlike other spa warranties, your No-Fault heater warranty is valid for five years-regardless of water chemistry.
Silent Flo® 5000 Circulation Pump
In a Hot Spring® spa, the SilentFlo 5000® circulation pump works continuously, filtering the spa’s water for 24 hours a day. It’s totally automatic, so there’s no need to program long cleaning and heating cycles as in other spas. Nor do you have the wear and tear, energy drain or noise of a large jet pump running during those cycles. Operating silently and efficiently, your Hot Spring spa is always hot, clean and ready to enjoy.
