Unlike purchasing a spa from Craigslist, Creative Energy fully tests and reconditions all of our refurbished spas. First we place the spa on blocks so its integrity can be thoroughly inspected. Next we fill the spa. We let it heat up, turn the jet pumps on, check for leaks, test the flow, the heater, the thermostats, etc. The spa will sit on the stand running for at least 3 days. Once it has passed inspection, we put the spa up for sale.

When a customer makes a purchase, we put the spa back up on the test stand for 3 more days, invite you to come back and check your future spa in action, and finally deliver it. We want you to be confident in your purchase.
