About Us: serving you for over 36 years!
What to know before buying a fireplace insert:
Many older homes in the Bay Area were built with wood-burning fireplaces. Some of them are traditional masonry brick/stone fireplaces, while others are what we call “zero-clearance” metal fireboxes. With the increased amount of “No-Burn” days this year (days where Bay Area residents weren’t able to burn wood or pellet fireplaces) and the homeowners looking for a cleaner burning and more efficient source of heat, the interest in our Avalon Fireplace Inserts has been on the rise.
Before trying to find the right product, we ask our customers these few questions:
1. What is the square footage of the area you are trying to heat? Are you going to use the fireplace insert as the main source of heat while in that room?
2. How big is the opening in the current fireplace? We need width, height, and depth.
3. Where is the nearest electrical outlet and natural gas pipe? This helps us determine the scope of your project and what additional work other than the actual installation, that we may need to do.
There are many looks and options to choose from. We have all the faces, backgrounds, and options to show in any of our three Bay Area showrooms as well as our website.

With a hectic job, family obligations and other responsibilities, stress can easily take over your life and make it seem like you never have time for yourself. Owning a sauna, hot tub or fireplace makes it easy to relax and alleviate tension.
Hot Tubs are a great outlet for relaxation and entertaining. In fact that's two of the three main reasons (the latter being therapy) why our customers buy our Hot Spring Spas. Mantaining a Hot Tub can seem a little daunting to a new owner, but it doesn't have to be so. Here are the few common problems people experience with their water and quick fixes to solve them:

Sure, big box store prices may look cheap and the spas they sell may look flashy. However, when you get into the “nuts and bolts” of both the product and the service, there simply is no comparison.
